Terms of Service
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account on AdPilot or by using the application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Who can use AdPilot
AdPilot is a SaaS platform operated by Romany LLC for digital marketing agencies (each, an “agency”) and their team members. By signing up, the agency represents that any ad-platform accounts connected to AdPilot are ones the agency is authorized to access on behalf of itself or its clients, and that connecting such accounts complies with the agency’s own contractual relationships with those clients.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access another agency’s data, reverse-engineer the service, or interfere with its operation.
- Do not upload content that violates ad-platform policies or applicable law (Google, Meta, TikTok policies all apply).
- You are responsible for actions taken from your account, including OAuth grants made by users you invite.
Ad-platform integrations
AdPilot relies on third-party APIs (Google Ads, Meta Marketing, TikTok Marketing) for ad-account data. Outages or policy changes by those platforms may affect availability and accuracy without notice. AdPilot uses read-only scopes by default; any write-scope use will be confirmed by an explicit owner-approved action.
AI-generated content
AdPilot uses Anthropic’s Claude API to generate insights, recommendations, and chat responses. AI output is best-effort and may contain errors. The agency is responsible for validating AI output before using it for business decisions, client communication, or campaign changes.
Pricing & subscriptions
AdPilot is sold as a recurring monthly subscription per agency. Current pricing is published on the Pricing page: a base plan that includes up to five clients, an additional per-client charge for clients beyond the included five, and optional add-on modules (each individually or as a bundle). Fees are billed in advance for the upcoming month at the price in effect at the start of that month. We may change pricing for future renewals with at least 30 days’ written notice (in-product banner or email).
Free trial & demo mode
New agencies sign up without a credit card and are placed in “demo mode”: AdPilot is populated with sample data so the agency can explore the product before committing to payment. Demo mode is free and time-unlimited, but is limited to sample data only — connecting real ad accounts, syncing real performance data, or publishing live campaigns is gated until the agency adds a payment method. Adding a card starts a 14-day free trial; we will not charge during the trial. After the trial ends and unless cancelled, the card on file will be charged for the first full month at the published price.
Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; your access continues through the paid-up date and we will not charge again afterwards.
Payment processor & taxes
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. under their terms. AdPilot does not store full payment card numbers; Stripe holds them in their PCI-compliant environment. AdPilot currently operates under a small-seller exemption in its home jurisdiction (Puerto Rico) and does not collect sales tax, VAT, or GST on subscription fees. If you are required to self-assess and remit use tax in your own jurisdiction, that responsibility is yours. When AdPilot crosses applicable revenue thresholds, sales tax / VAT / GST will be calculated via Stripe Tax based on the billing address you provide at checkout and added as a separate line item on each invoice — we will update these terms at that time.
Termination
You may stop using AdPilot at any time by signing out and disconnecting your accounts. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms or ad-platform policies are violated.
Disclaimer of warranties
AdPilot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The service is not a substitute for professional advice; reported metrics depend on third-party APIs and may be incomplete or delayed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdPilot and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost ad spend, arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the application or email.
