Refund Policy

14-day free trial

AdPilot subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial when you add a payment method. We don’t charge during the trial. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged at all. No refund is needed because no money has changed hands. Cancel from Settings → Billing → Manage subscription.

Demo mode is always free

Before adding a card, agencies use AdPilot in demo mode with sample data — that’s free and time-unlimited by design. You only become billable when you add a payment method.

After the trial — monthly billing

Once the trial ends, AdPilot charges your card on file for the upcoming month at the price listed when you subscribed. We do not auto-refund monthly fees if you forget to cancel before the trial ends. Cancel anytime to stop the next charge; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month and your access continues through that date.

When we issue refunds

We may issue a pro-rated refund or credit at our discretion in these cases:
  • Material outage of AdPilot. If the dashboard, sync, or publish features were unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our fault during a billing period, we’ll credit the affected portion.
  • Duplicate or accidental charges we can verify against our Stripe records.
  • Confirmed billing errors on our side (wrong plan, wrong quantity, mis-applied tax).

When we don't refund

Subscription fees are non-refundable in these cases:
  • You forgot to cancel before the trial ended.
  • You decided AdPilot isn’t a fit mid-cycle. Cancel anytime to stop the next charge — the current month stays paid through its end date.
  • Underuse of the subscription — the price is for seat access, not measured usage.
  • Issues caused by a third-party platform’s outage or policy change (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, Anthropic). We’re committed to making the product work; downstream platforms are out of our control.
  • Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us. If a charge looks wrong, email hello@socialogicpr.com first; we usually resolve in 1–2 business days.

Add-on modules

Adding an add-on module (Media Plans, Create Campaign, or the Pro Bundle) creates a prorated charge for the rest of the current cycle. Removing it generates a prorated credit on the next invoice. No refund of the prorated charge is issued for short-term toggling — the proration accounts for partial-month use.

Per-client overage

The base plan includes 5 clients. Adding a 6th client (or more) increments the subscription’s extra-client quantity at $10/month each, prorated for the rest of the current cycle. Deleting a client decrements the quantity and prorates a credit toward the next invoice. No standalone refund of the overage charge is issued.

How to request a refund

Email hello@socialogicpr.com with your agency name, the invoice number(s), and a short description of the issue. We’ll review against this policy and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Stripe to the original payment method — typical settlement is 5–10 business days.

Local consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction (e.g. statutory cooling-off periods in the EU). If those rights conflict with this policy, they apply.

Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version that applied at the time of your most recent invoice is the one that governs that invoice.
