What AdPilot stores about you
AdPilot is a multi-tenant SaaS operated by Romany LLC for digital marketing agencies. When an agency connects an ad account (Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, or TikTok) via OAuth, AdPilot stores the encrypted access/refresh tokens, the platform account ID and account name, and historical performance metrics it fetches from the ad platform. AdPilot never asks Facebook for — and never stores — personal information beyond what is necessary to identify the connected ad account.
Self-service: disconnect a Meta account
- Sign in to AdPilot at adpilot.socialogicpr.com.
- Open the client whose Meta account is connected → Integrations tab.
- Click Disconnect next to the Meta Ads account.
When you disconnect, AdPilot immediately deletes the stored OAuth tokens for that Meta account. We stop fetching new data from Meta. Historical performance rows AdPilot already pulled from Meta remain in the agency’s reports unless you also delete them — see below.
Self-service: delete your AdPilot account
- Sign in to AdPilot.
- Go to Settings → Profile.
- Scroll to Danger Zone → click Delete account.
- Confirm by typing your email when prompted.
Deleting your AdPilot account removes your authentication record and your membership in the agency. Agency owners can also delete the entire agency (Settings → Profile → Danger Zone), which permanently removes all clients, campaigns, ad accounts, metrics, recommendations, and team memberships in that agency.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, or you want a complete deletion of every row AdPilot stores about you or your agency, email us at hello@socialogicpr.com from the email address associated with your AdPilot account. Include the agency name and the connected Meta account ID if known. AdPilot will:
- Confirm your identity by replying to the same email.
- Delete every row associated with your account/agency in our database within 30 days.
- Send you written confirmation when deletion is complete.
Tracking a deletion request
When you email a deletion request, we reply with a confirmation number (the email message-ID) you can use to track it. If you need a status update before 30 days have passed, reply to the same email thread.
